Si nous ne pouvons recouvrer qu'une partie de la cr\u00e9ance (par exemple, uniquement le montant de la facture ou l'accord entre les parties), nous facturons 10 % du montant recouvr\u00e9, avec un minimum de 50,00 \u20ac + TVA et un maximum de 2 500,00 \u20ac + TVA.<\/p>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t
